How RFPME works
Every morning we look for new requests for proposals from public agencies and nonprofits, check them against the buyer's own documents, and email you the ones that fit your business, with the reasons.
You tell us what you do
Six quick questions: the services you offer, the contract sizes you take on, where you work, any certifications, and a few sentences about your business in your own words.
We search once a day
We check federal listings on SAM.gov, agencies' own procurement pages and bid portals, and other listing sites, for the industries we cover.
We go to the source
For each RFP we read the buyer's own solicitation, and any addenda or Q&A, and take the deadlines, budget and requirements from there. If we can't reach the original, we say so on that RFP.
We match it to you
RFPs outside your services, contract size or area are left out. AI then reads each remaining one against your description and scores the fit from 0 to 100, with the reasons, what fits, and anything that could rule you out.
One email each morning
New RFPs that fit (by default, a score of 60 or more, at most 10 per email), plus any changes to ones we've already sent you: a moved deadline, a new addendum, a cancellation.
Your RFPs, online too
Every RFP we send you is also in your account, so nothing gets lost in your inbox.
- Search everything you've been sent by title, buyer or scope.
- Star the ones you're going after; favorites stay easy to find even after they close.
- Archive the ones you've passed on, and tell us when one isn't a fit so your matches improve.
The details you need
- Deadlines, budgets and requirements come from the buyer's documents. Deadlines can be viewed in your timezone.
- When something isn't stated, such as a budget or a time zone, we say it isn't stated rather than guess.
- A budget estimate from a listing site is labelled as a third-party estimate, never as the buyer's.
- The fit score and reasons are our assessment, shown separately from the facts.
- Hard requirements you may need to meet, like a certification or a local office, are marked as such.
What we never do
- Log in to, register on or pay for a buyer's portal on your behalf.
- Submit proposals, ask questions or contact buyers for you.
- Include grant opportunities. RFPME covers contracts for vendors only.
Always confirm the details with the buyer before you bid.
What we cover today
IT and software, and marketing and creative services, across the US. More industries are on the way; picking them in the quiz helps us decide what to add next.
