Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and devPHASE LLC ("we"), which runs RFPME. By using rfpme.io or subscribing, you agree to them. If you use RFPME for a business, you agree on its behalf.

What RFPME does

RFPME finds publicly posted requests for proposals, summarizes them, and emails you the ones that appear to fit the business profile you give us, with a fit score and the reasons. It is an information service.

Check everything with the buyer

We take deadlines, budgets and requirements from the buyer's documents where we can reach them, but we can't guarantee that any listing is complete, current or accurate, or that we find every RFP that fits you.
Fit scores and reasons are produced with AI and are our opinion, not advice. They can be wrong.
You are responsible for confirming every detail with the buyer, and for your decisions to bid, your proposals and your compliance with each solicitation's rules.
We never submit proposals, contact buyers or register on portals on your behalf.

Your account

Give us accurate information, and keep access to your email account secure: it's how you sign in.
Only add digest recipients who agreed to receive them. Each one confirms before we send anything.

Trial and billing

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, one per account. A card is required to start it.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and renews monthly at the price shown when you subscribed, charged to your card through Stripe.
You can cancel at any time; your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months: when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Founding members, who subscribed while we offered founding member pricing, keep the price they subscribed at for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
For anyone else, if we change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Referrals

A business you refer, with your link or code, gets a 30-day free trial instead of 7 days. It must be new to RFPME, and each account can be referred only once.
You earn one free month when their first payment goes through: 30 more days if you're still in your trial, otherwise a credit of one month's price on your next invoice. Up to 12 free months in any 12 months.
No referring yourself, including another account paid with your card. If the referred payment is refunded or disputed, the free month is taken back. Credits have no cash value.

Acceptable use

You may forward digests and share what you find with your colleagues and partners. Please don't:

resell, republish or redistribute RFPME content as a listing service or feed;
scrape the site, or access it with automated tools other than reading your own emails;
interfere with the service, try to get around its limits, or use it to break the law.

Our content

RFP documents belong to the buyers who published them. Our summaries, scores and the RFPME service are ours; you may use them for your own bidding.

Ending your subscription

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering it, we'll refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.

Disclaimers and liability

RFPME is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost bids, lost profits or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell subscribers by email before the change applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
